DCDS DENTAL ASSISTING SCHOOL WEBSITE
In keeping with our mission to serve the professional needs of our members, Dallas County Dental Society is expanding our efforts to advance your dental team through the DCDS Dental Assisting School (DCDSDAS).
The School features four fully equipped operatories, a hands-on laboratory, a strategically-designed sterilization/infection control area and digital radiography including DexisTM and OrthopantomographTM technology. Our program is combined with a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide the essential experiences needed to become a successful dental assistant. DCDS Dental Assisting School graduates will be among the most qualified and valued members of your dental team.
DCDS member dentists will be given the unique (and first) opportunity to hire new, fully trained dental assistants from each graduating class.

Student Externships
In addition to comprehensive in-house training, the DCDS Dental Assisting School program will provide real world experiences and on-the-job learning opportunities through shadowing/clinical externships in both general practice as well as the dental specialties.
